Large River Cruising Vessels
European river cruise vessels more closely
resemble a luxurious ocean liner than a small canal barge.
With an average capacity of only 150 passengers, our
river vessels are significantly smaller than most ships
cruising the oceans today, so you'll find a level of service
and attention to detail more like a fine boutique hotel than
an impersonal large ocean liner. Our river vessels
feature gorgeous contemporary furnishings, modern lounges and
bars, and public areas with comfortable seating areas perfect
for sharing a glass of wine with new friends. You'll walk
through pleasant hallways and generous open stairways while
enjoying well-lit surroundings. Several vessels feature a
passenger elevator that reaches four levels, and many also
offer bicycles for on-shore explorations.
The Classic Bar Aboard
Amadagio
The accommodations aboard these vessels are
second to none, and with many options to choose from, you'll
find something to meet almost any budget. The most spacious
option aboard our ships is the Junior Suite. A rare find on
vessels of this size, these junior suites offer incredible
comfort and space. Lovely luxurious staterooms offer
modern conveniences and deluxe furnishings. Staterooms are
equipped with a TV, Internet access, a safe, hairdryer, air
conditioning, and all the amenities of a luxury hotel.
Staterooms feature large panoramic windows or French balconies
and offer a choice of two twin beds or one queen size bed, all
with plush bedding. You'll enjoy supreme comfort, attentive
service and fine dining while onboard one of these lovely
vessels.
