 Napoléon
|
The Napoléon is one of Europe's finest river barges, combining the amenities of a luxury hotel with the friendly ambiance of
a country inn.
Built in Belgium on 1963, she was one of the last commercial barges to have been built. She is now beautifully appointed featuring
a salon with huge picture windows and a lovely and spacious dining room. On her sundeck you'll find plenty of space for relaxing
and a Jacuzzi tub for soaking after a day of sightseeing.
The Napoléon cruises the Rhône between Arles and Tain l'Hermitage / Tournon; sun-drenched landscapes that inspired the great
canvases of Cézanne and Van Gogh. The region is full of sophisticated architecture dating back to the Roman civilization and
ruins of fortifications, arenas and aqueducts that continue to amaze modern engineers.
|
Napoléon offers six spacious staterooms, including one on the upper deck. Each stateroom includes an ensuite bathroom with
a shower and plenty of space for your belongings.
The gorgeous staterooms are full of amentities including a hairdryer, writing desk, and television.
